Of course, such highly complex machines and – to a growing extent – entire cutting systems call for qualified advice and support should any problems occur. Moreover, our agents, representatives and customers expect high availability of spare parts over a long period and their quick delivery to the customer. We offer you the following services:
Safety inspections of Perfecta guillotines and three-knife trimmers
To guarantee a high level of safety the employers' liability insurance recommends safety inspections as per BGR 500 VBG 7i (rules of the employers' liability insurance for safety and health protection in the printing and paper processing industries). A first safety inspection should be made after five years. Any further inspections should follow every three years. Our website has a link where you can find all technicians who have been authorized by Perfecta.
Installations, machine repairing, maintenance inspections and machine shifting
Perfecta has well trained specialists who are available to accomplish the above-mentioned tasks for any Perfecta products.
Spare parts and spare parts quotations
We deliver spare parts to our agents and representatives at short notice or prepare corresponding quotations. We guarantee long-term spare parts supplies far beyond the statutory limits. If certain components are no longer available in the market we shall normally offer equivalent solution alternatives. Even for older SEYPA machines, we shall provide you with the spare parts you need.
Technical support
Being the Service Department, we give both our agents, representatives and customers extensive and qualified technical support (in German/English) regarding our products. Moreover, our agents and representatives are offered additional information in our password-protected area of our Internet presentation. Any of our agents and representatives is entitled to ask us for corresponding access data.
Advanced training of service technicians and users
We hold training courses for technicians at regular intervals. For our agents and representatives, such training and the provision of training material is free. Only travelling and accommodation expenses will have to be paid for by themselves. In addition, we offer user training for our customers.
After-sales service contracts
For customers who wish so, we also offer after-sales service contracts. In such contracts, we undertake to respond within short times in case of machine failures, or if extensive preventive maintenance is necessary.
System planning and problem solutions
Together with our sales and designing departments, it is our pleasure to advise you in making new investments or in the planning of production processes. This includes both the inspection of pre-press stage data (CIP3 or CIP4) and extensive advice in print processing technologies. After fixing an appointment with our sales department, you can be shown a demonstration on the machine you are interested in.
